Good tips for maintaining good health

Following are the tips to be healthy:
1)Do exercise daily for 30 minutes because doing exercise daily makes our body active and healthy.

2)Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day because water is good for your brain,muscles,nerves and joints.Water also helps in maintaining your body temperature.

3)Eat green leafy vegetables as they are rich in vitamins.

4)Eat fruits regularly so that you can be immune to diseases.

5)Eat food at correct timings.For example don't eat breakfast at 11:00am and lunch at 3:00pm.You have to eat breakfast before 10:am and lunch before 2:00pm.Eating food lately makes you prone to diseases like ulcer.

6)Sleep a minimum of 8 hours per day because lack of proper sleep also makes you unhealthy.

7)Shampoo your hair at least twice a week because due to pollution these days there is hair loss.

8)Do not eat junk food as it is not good to health.

9)Get your hair cut at least once a month because long hair is prone to fall in men.

10)Do meditation daily to keep your mind peaceful.
